SCOPE
A stunning new villa spanning 1000 square meters, nestled along the first line of one of Barcelona’s most prestigious neighbourhoods. The home was designed in collaboration with STUDIO MVOK and spans four floors in a modern minimalist style, incorporating timeless materials such as marble, brass, and natural stone.

The second and third floors open onto breathtaking views of the sea and beach. At the heart of the foyer, a monumental yet graceful staircase in marble and brass serves as a striking architectural centerpiece.
Expansive 6-metre, ultra-slim windows seamlessly connect the lounge and dining area to the outdoor terrace, opening and closing automatically to merge interior and exterior living.
A distinctive feature of the design is the glass wall of the swimming pool, which allows natural light to filter through into the garage below, showcasing the client’s collection of rare automobiles in a dramatic play of light and reflection.
